In close cooperation with BASF Hamach installed a new Hamach Top Quality HCV 15000 TQ at Autoschade Waddinxveen, the Netherlands. Autoschade Waddinxveen retrospect’s on an efficient installation of the 15000 TQ.
The HCV 15000 TQ and its installation was built in a new work area for heavy transport and was connected to the existing repair area for passenger cars, resulting in a very efficient vacuum system all powered by one central unit. This HCV solution gives health benefits of employees because of sanding dust reduction and it prevents that dust particles contaminates fresh coating layers.
The Hamach HCV 15000 TQ is a central vacuum system for dust extraction. It has a 12.5 kW/400 V cyclone and is sufficient for 16 sanding workers.
