Terms and Conditions Christmas Paint Suit Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to Colad's Christmas Paint Suit campaign.

This promotion is accessible for every paint professional worldwide.
The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
Participants can enter this campaign untill the 14th of november by using the subscription form on Colad.co
Winners will be informed by email before the 25th of November 2022.
Prizes are personal and non-transferable. In case of refusal or any other reason for not distributing the prize, the prize will lapse. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Prizes will be distributed before the 18th of November 2022.
If the participants submit, upload or contribute to the campaign in any other form, these contributions become the property of EMM International BV. We reserve the right to shorten, change or remove these submissions/contributions at our own discretion, without prior notice. Any content submissions during this campaign may be used by EMM International BV for commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the campaign at any time if you violate these conditions or any applicable statutory provision in any way, without stating its reasons and without prior notice.
We also reserve the right to end, interrupt or change the campaign and/or the prizes of the campaign, without prior notice and at its own discretion, if circumstances so require.
