ISO 9001 Registration
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality management system standard that focuses on the effectiveness of the quality management system in meeting customer requirements.
Colad's quality management system was certified by SGS ICS as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001/ANSI/ASQC Q9001: 1994 in April of 1998. Since then, we have maintained our registration through compliance to the standard and successful completion of regularly scheduled 6-month surveillance audits.
Colad's quality management system was recertified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard in November of 2003. Continuous improvement is driven by our Process Improvement Teams (PIT), made up of Colad employees that identify solutions, to the root cause of problems, through team effort with complete support of Colad management.
