First-Class Case Making

Our case-making equipment produces turned-edge ring binders, casings for swatches, game boards and boxes that are extremely rigid and durable.

With our fully automated processes, we eliminate costly hand wrapping of various stocks and can easily wrap printed and laminated litho stock paper around a "chip" or "binder" board. If your project requires linens or other specialty stocks our equipment can wrap hundreds of them! In addition, we automatically rivet the ring mechanism into the binder, eliminating hand riveting.

Colad's creasing equipment makes multiple scores when rounded spines or longer scores are needed. Called a Euro-Hinge, these creases are comprised of compressed board for the ultimate in strength and resistance to tearing. When compared to routed or unitized board, the Euro-Hinge consistently demonstrates superior durability.
